TaskMap Tech Notes
TaskMap Tech Notes are downloadable PDF documents that contain solutions to problems that have occurred on more than one customer system. Most Tech Notes deal with issues related to TaskMap's interaction with various versions of Microsoft Windows and Visio.
- License violation errors occur after activating your TaskMap license with Visio 2002, Visio 2003 or Visio 2007.
- If the TaskMap toolbar doesn't appear even though you have a valid TaskMap license, refer to Attachment A in the document for your version of Visio: Visio 2002, Visio 2003 or Visio 2007.
- The TaskMap templates do not appear on Visio's File/New menu or when you click the down arrow on the Visio New button.
- The TaskMap License activation wizard fails to run, preventing you from displaying the locking code or activating your license, and you run TaskMap with Windows Vista
- Hyperlinks in TaskMaps that you save as web pages don't work in Internet Explorer version 7 and you use TaskMap with Visio 2003. This problem was fixed by Microsoft in October 2007 in Visio 2003 Service Pack 3.

Installation and Activation Support
