TaskMap® Enterprise licenses
Overview
TaskMap® enterprise licenses offer concurrent licenses for the organization. A minimum of 5 licenses must be purchased, but you can mix and match the combination of TaskMap and TaskMap Pro licenses according to your needs.
This is ideal for organizations that have a need for 5 or more concurrent users of the software products at any one time, but do not need a personal license for each individual.
Enterprise licensing is offered for the following products:
TaskMap® Standard Edition. Ideal for most process mapping applications. Includes web publishing and reporting features. Requirements: Visio 2003 or later. $747.00 per concurrent license.
TaskMap® Professional Edition. Includes all the Standard Edition features, plus data visualization, data linking and everything you need for analysis and process improvement applications. Requirements: Visio 2007 Pro. $1,347.00 per concurrent license.
TaskMap® Capture for Excel. The perfect product for creating and maintaining processes with a desktop product that almost everyone owns! Requirements: MS Excel 2003 or later. $297.00 per concurrent license.
What is included
NOTE: TaskMap Standard Edition client software requires Visio 2003 or 2007 running on a PC using Windows XP or Windows Vista. TaskMap Professional Edition requires Visio 2007 Professional. The TaskMap license server requires Windows Server 2000 or Windows Server 2003.A minimum purchase of 5 software concurrent licenses

The concurrent licensing model permits the installation of TaskMap products on an unlimited number of desktop computers, but only permits simultaneous use of the number of concurrent licenses purchased. Ideal for organizations that need to provide widespread access to TaskMap but where users do not need constant access to the software.
The client software will download automatically when your order is complete. There is a CD Media Option in the continental United States. Cost $20 USD includes shipping and handling. (Select during check out process)
