Training staff to control their own processes					Software*
Most staff members can learn TaskMap with only 1 hour of training. Most other systems will require 4 to 5 hours of training without the guarantee that users will understand the process maps they create. Multiply number of staff to be trained and their cost per hour.					Enterprise licensing starts at a minimum of 10 licenses, but then TaskMap can be installed on as many PCs as you like. You only pay for the license in use at a given time.  e.g. 100 employees may require 25-30 concurrent licenses
Internal help desk savings					Training programs
Broadcasting your important processes and procedures to internal staff can reduce the number of repetitive support telephone calls taking up staff time to resolve the problem. Average incident call costs vary from $5.00 to $20 per incident. Source Forrester Research					Online training programs start at $99 per employee. Training for TaskMap is included in the license cost, so this represents additional training for Process Analysis, Improvement or Publishing applications
Meeting governance, and compliance needs					Support and maintenance plan
Every time an employee or department does not follow a procedure the opportunity for non-compliance occurs. In the simplest of situation this may cause a compliance or safety situation, in the worse cases entire additional audits are required. Add your own cost per incident and the number per year.					Unlimited telephone technical support, upgrades for 12 months and all fixes to the software purchased is included at 25% of the cost of the license fee

By publishing directly to your intranet printed distribution of processes and procedures is reduced or eliminated. Material costs are estimated at $.02 USD.
