Reporting and Exporting TaskMap Data

TaskMap provides seven predefined reports, each of which can be run for all shapes on the current page, or for all shapes on all pages of the current TaskMap.

To run a report:

1. Click the TaskMap Reports button on the TaskMap toolbar, then
   
2. Select and run the desired report.

To rerun or update a report:

1. Right-click on a report shape to rerun or update the report.

To export data:

1. Refer to Exporting to Excel.
