Overview of TaskMap Hyperlink Dialog

The TaskMap hyperlink dialog is shown below and is divided into three main sections:

• The left side of the dialog displays existing links, if any, for the object you selected before opening the dialog.
• The center shows the type of link.
• The right side of the dialog is dynamic, that is, the items displayed vary depending on the type of link chosen in the center section of the dialog.

Click on any of the highlighted regions of the dialog for additional information.

You can create hyperlinks to

• TaskMap pages
• Documents and files
• Programs and IT systems
• Web pages
• Email addresses
