TaskMap® Professional

The simplest way to communicate, manage and publish business processes and procedures.

Simple to Use, Simpler to Understand: (View a Demo)

TaskMap reduces the number of shapes required to build a map into only 6 shapes. By simplifying the number of shapes process maps are simplier to build (anyone can do it) and no longer requires extensive knowledge or a shape legend for the audience to understand the full meaning of the process.

Web Publishing: (View a Demo)

Distribute process maps so anyone in your organization can explore them without any specialized software. The default setting for web published maps is VML allowing your audience to zoom in and out without affecting quality. The side panel on published maps features a 'jump to page' dropdown list, pan and zoom, and search functions. View a web published process map (Side panels functions require internet explorer)

Process Analysis and Improvement: (View a Demo)

TaskMap Pro includes all features that TaskMap Standard includes as well as some additional features for process analysis and improvement. The added features allow for processes to be deciphered and analyzed for bottlenecks and inefficiencies. User defined and standardized duration fields are used to capture timeframe for completion time for Tasks and lag time between Tasks. User assigned numbers can be added to predefined risk and control systems for each Task symbol. Ideal for risk or quality control applications.

TaskMap Capture for Excel: (View a Demo)

TaskMap Capture for Excel enhances TaskMap Professional by moving data capture where it belongs – into the hands of process owners and process participants. Microsoft Excel users can enter process data into a pre-formatted TaskMap spreadsheet that includes popup help text and dropdown lists for key fields. Knowledge of process mapping software is not required.

Save as PowerPoint: (View a Demo)

Need to present a TaskMap at a meeting or conference? With two clicks you can save an entire TaskMap as a PowerPoint presentation, complete with a Table of Contents hyperlinked to each map page.

Produce Process Maps Quickly:

TaskMap gives you 2 options for how you want to add shapes to your process. 'Add Tasks to Page' is a automated function that allows you to define how many Tasks you would like added and how you would like them arranged, and TaskMap will then place them on your page. Task Splitting (*New to TaskMap 4) - Dropping Tasks on top of Task Link will split the it into 2 Links. Smart tags on Task Shapes allows instant access to Task Properities and Hyperlinks (*New to TaskMap 4).

Hyperlink to Underlying Data:

We have built a powerful hyperlinking functionality into our process mapping software. You can quickly hyperlink to the underlying data used for Tasks and use the predefined functionality to define exactly how you want the link to work.
