If you do not already have Microsoft Visio it can be purchased on line from stores such as www.Amazon.com. If you plan to use Visio with TaskMap then the Standard Edition will be adequate. A single user license costs $249 USD or equivalent.
If on-line support is free, why should I consider telephone and other support packages?
We recommend that each user purchase a Maintenance package to ensure that problems and issues are dealt with quickly and where required over the phone. Our support services also include an unlimited number of users on our telephone conference bridge and our web conferencing service. This is excellent for on-line troubleshooting. If you decide not to purchase this option, incidents that require telephone support are subject to a $90 per incident charge.
