BACKGROUND

HCG is a software organization which provides a unique mix of technical skills, senior management experience and proven technologies. TaskMap, HCG’s premier product, was designed to allow ANYONE to document existing processes and then improve them quickly, allowing our clients to leverage the internal expertise in the organization to improve training, procedures and knowledge transfer across the enterprise. TaskMap, distills our management and technical teams cumulative experience into a simple, powerful tool designed for anyone (the process specialist or non-specialist) with the need and the will to create change.
TaskMap was developed as a result of real world process experience, and the need for an easy to use yet powerful system to demystify the complex world of processes. Harvard Computing provides support for TaskMap customers with training and consulting for clients worldwide.

Management Team

Michael J. Cunningham (President/CEO)
Industry veteran creator and manager of enterprise software products at Intergraph Corp, Open, Text and LaserData. Founder of HCG, and sought after speaker and author.

Scott A. Helmers (VP Product Planning and Support)
Heading the planning and implementation support teams for TaskMap, he has more than 25 years experience in software specification, implementation and training for enterprise "work centric" products. He is a nationally known speaker, educator and communicator.

Roger Marino (Strategic Advisor and investor)

Roger Marino is a co-Founder and former President of EMC Corporation, the leading provider of enterprise information storage systems, software, networks and services, with more than $13.23 billion in annual revenues and 38,000 employees worldwide. Roger was instrumental in EMC's growth, taking it from start-up to its position as a dominant force in the technology industry. Roger continues to invest in technology organizations with the potential to grow dramatically.

Marino has also pursued a number of business ventures related to his lifelong interests in technology, sports and theater. He is the former owner of the Pittsburgh Penguins NHL team and the head of Revere Pictures, Marino has served as the executive producer of a number of commercially released films and theatre productions.

Marino is a Northeastern University alumni and sits on the University's Board of Trustees.

Sally M. Cunningham (Director and Business Manager)
Oversees adminstration and client management functions within HCG. Sally has more than 14 years experience in the IT and consulting industry.
